Standard Returns Policy

If you're not happy with the product/s you purchased from us, you can always return them and we will either relace them or refund your account subject to the terms listed below. 

1: Unwanted products

You can always return the products you purchased from this website subject to the facts that they are:

  • undamaged and unused with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • not missing any accessories or parts;
  • you must log a return on the website within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 30 days, you can return the goods if they are defective or not operational.

Not what I ordered?

If we inadvertently delivered a product that is not what you have ordered, you can log a return on the website and we will collect the goods at no costs from you. You have the option to ask for a refund or an exchange. 

2: Damaged on delivery

Should the goods be delivered damaged, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of such goods by logging a return on the website.

3: Defective products

We take priority in ensuring that the goods we deliver to you are of high quality, without any defect and in good working condition. A defect can be defined as  a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. Please refer to our Help Centre for some examples.

The following will NOT be regarded as a defect and is exempt from returns:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product; and
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.

4: Refunds

All products returned to us must comply with the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund if you return a product back to us but fail to return all its accessories. In this regard, we will return to you the money paid for the goods minus its estimated missing accessories.
